These Terms of Use govern your use of the Guia AI app. By downloading or using Guia AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Guia AI is a GPS-triggered audio tour guide. As you move near a landmark, an AI guide narrates its story, and you can ask follow-up questions and hear spoken answers.

Your account

You can use Guia AI anonymously or sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account and its data at any time from the app's Settings screen.

Purchases

Cities can be unlocked through one-time in-app purchases, individually or as an all-access bundle. Purchases are processed by Apple and verified through RevenueCat; they are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew. Unlocked cities remain available to your account and can be restored on your devices using Restore Purchases. Prices may change for future purchases. All purchases are final except where a refund is required by Apple's policies or applicable law; refunds are handled by Apple.

AI-generated content

Guide narrations and chat replies are generated by artificial intelligence from curated source material about each landmark. While we work to keep the content accurate and grounded, it may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. The content is provided for general interest and is not professional, historical, navigational, or safety advice. If something sounds wrong, please use the in-app report control. Always remain aware of your surroundings while walking; do not rely on the app for navigation or personal safety.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated extraction of content, attempts to bypass purchases or access controls, or use that infringes the rights of others or violates the law.

Location

Guia AI uses your location only while the app is in use, to detect nearby landmarks. See our Privacy Policy for details on how location and other data are handled.

Intellectual property

The app, its content, and its design are owned by the developer and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated. Purchases you have made remain governed by Apple's policies.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
